Hands-On ABCH Performance Exam**

This class is perfect for those getting ready to take the American Board of Certified Haircolorists exam. After studying Chapters 9 and 10 of the study portfolio, take this class to perfect the techniques you may be asked to perform at your exam. After a thorough explanation of what to expect during the Performance segment of your exam you will get to practice hands on with some of the top evaluators from the ABCH. Medium weave, fine slice, Tone on Tone, Grey reduction, Bleach Retouch, High/Low-lighting, and Reverse Highlighting will all be explained and practiced. .

A discounted $45.00 charge will be assessed for the specially designed mannequin which you may take with you at the conclusion of class. Live bleach and color and all necessary tools will be furnished.

Tamara Dahill, Paul Morrison

Tamara Dahill is a successful salon owner in Toluca Lake, California and the Vice President of the ABCH. She is in charge of training the evaluators and has numerous evaluations under her belt. She is well aware of what it takes to pass the ABCH performance portion of the certification examination. Allow her to take you step by step through the process so you will be better prepared when taking the certification examination. Haircolor is Paul's speciality in his salon in Boulder, Colorado. Paul Morrison oversees and trains a staff of twelve haircolorists. Paul has a very matter of fact approach of haircoloring. He will admit to you finished haircolors do not always end up as planned or that your clients will always view the finished color as you hoped they would. Paul will show you some formulas to use when using a tone on tone technique. These are things every haircolorist needs to know.
