So how do we take care of ourselves, have healthy boundaries and create lasting success? Start with more awareness being given to the fact that you are in a profession that requires an intense amount of focus. You are an artist but you are also carrying someone’s vanity through a transformation. As you work around your patron’s physical body you are also caring for vicarious energies (feelings). The more we understand how we are actually taking this into our own physical body and energy body (transference) the more we can care for our well being. The stress this causes can be called Compassion Fatigue aka burnout. In this class you will be led into an deeper understanding of your work, given tools to preset your mindset for a new experience and review the indications of burnout and how to avoid it. With a writing exercise, guided meditation and Q&A, this time will bring your Summit experience to a high vibe wholeness.
